What can I substitute for carbs and sugar besides fruit and vegetable ??
Chicken and fish is nice but does not keep me full long.
Pasta, rice are carbs I swear people on here dumber than $H!T.

Fruits are loaded with carbs/sugar as the rule..... low carb fruits are berries.
High fiber dark green vegetables will keep you full longer. Eat those with your chicken or fish

Normally high protein foods like chicken or beef keep hunger away much longer than high carb foods.

Look at complex carbs. There are some you can eat in limited quantities and they will help you stay full. Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, are a couple I remember off the top of my head, but there are others.

Eggs, sirloin, pork, nuts and seeds, nut butter, unsweetened dairy products and greek yogurt,

Pasta. Plenty of carbs, and stays with ya for a while. The body turns carbs into fuel, like sugar.
