My BIL puts it this way: "Want to experience home ownership? Walk into a Home Depot. Take out your wallet and start tearing up hundred dollar bills"

    Plus everything @Donnie Porko said

Water/sewer, Cable, trash, property taxes, homeowners insurance. Plus you have to be ready and able to pay for anything that breaks down, and maintain the house.

Electricity, water, gas, cable, wi-fi. Maybe alarm monitoring?

Monthly principle and interest, plus property taxes and insurance. Lawn care or you can do it yourself.

Typically you have to pay a home owner's association fee.

Your realtor should be able to help you figure this out.
