Will I need representative payee when I get married still or would my wife be my payee?

    If you mean for SSI or SSDI the only reason you'd have a representative payee is if you've been deemed incapable of handling your own affairs. Under normal circumstances you'd function as your own payee. So not knowing more about your specific case it's impossible to advise you further. But you can always contact the SS Administration to ask these questions.
