Are people entitled to their opinion,or are they entitled to their informed opinion?

    Good question.

    I think people are entitled to their opinion, but they are not entitled to having it taken seriously by others. You have to earn that by making sure that your opinions are informed, by testing them.

    For example, is a Nazi entitled to think that being a Nazi is great? I think you're entitled to form your own beliefs, but you are not entitled to be respected for them.

    Anyone is entitled to have an opinion, informed or not, what they are not entitled to is to voice it or enforce it on anyone else

    They are entitled to their opinion. They are not entitled to not be told their opinion is foolish and why.

    As both are protected by the 1st Amendment.

    All opinions are informed. Not all choose credible sources.
