As billrussel42 points out, we don’t know what it is ( or if we need to modify gravity theories). Speculatively, the two forms of matter could be turned into each other if no conservation laws are violated. There are quantum properties that have to be conserved in any particle interaction or transition, such as charge, spin, etc. It may be that there is no transition that obeys conservation laws.

Matter posses energy and black matter posses also energy then energy can be transformed from one kind to another. Energy can not be created nor destroyed.

    do you mean "dark matter"?

no one knows what this is, so its properties are totally unknown.
