It would help to know how you are accessing the site. What kind of device? What browser? Is your browser in desktop mode if you are on a mobile device?
I access the site mostly via PC but haven't had a problem answering questions lately, with any of the browsers I have (Chrome, Firefox, and Opera). I do sometimes access the site via my Kindle Fire, and as of yesterday evening that was working as per usual as well.
If you haven't already done so, try a different browser on your device and if that doesn't help, try using a completely different device. That'll help you figure out if the problem is related to your account (the website) or your device or the method in which you are accessing YA on that device.
