can you get surgery to get a deeper voice?

I'm 17 and everyone always says I sound 14 can I get surgery to get a deeper voice

    Yes, as a matter of fact you can but it's an elective surgery and no one is going to do it on a 17 year old. The voice is very easy to train, all you have to do is practice talking in a deeper voice until it becomes a habit.

    In theory - yes, but as a practical matter, no.  The risks outweigh the benefits, so no doctor would even consider trying this type of surgery when there is no actual medical problem.  And  besides it would not be covered by insurance so you would need to pay somewhere around $5000.
