What is a monthly workout calendar that is targeted at losing weight as a BEGINNER? I workout 7 days a week for 1-2 hours each time.?

Three days full-body workout is all you need for the six months. You should do cardio twice a week and after that switch to upper and lower body split.

To much workout is counter productive. More than an hour a few times a week of strength and cardio, and you are just running yourself into the ground. You wont be able to keep it up. If you want to do more than a few hours a week, the rest should be something ease like walking. Diet and exercise is more effective than diet alone, but exercise alone wont work. It doesn't burn enough calories to make a big difference and If you don't have a diet plan you will end up eating a little more and lose nothing.
