What do speeding e-scooters sound like? I couldn't find a video that didn't muffle the sound with chatter and background music?

There's the whirring sound of the electric motor and the cursing from pedestrians on the sidewalk almost getting hit by them. E-scooters are pretty quiet and that is a bit of a hazard. They go rrrrrrrrrrrrrrzzzzzzzzz.

They're virtually silent. That's why electric cars are so dangerous in areas where pedestrians can come into contact with cars.

They are freaky quiet. They need a sound like a playing card hitting the spokes...or something.

E-scooters do NOT sound like "high revving motorcycles."

They have electric motors and are very quiet, less noise than an electric drill.

Riding, there will be more wind noise than the motor.

they sound like high revving motorcycles. rrreeeeeee.

but you probably can't find videos of the sound because you're looking at the wrong scooters. only a handful of popular market scooters can "speed" (i.e. above 15mph).
