Should Stand-Your-Ground laws be applicable when the aggressor is a police officer?

Absolutely not. Besides, police officers are especially well trained with firearms and you will lose if you use the stand your ground law.

If the officer is the aggressor then stand your ground should apply and I'd expect a jury of your peers to agree. If the officer is lawfully doing their job then that jury of your peers is your aggressor and they won't be as likely to agree with standing your ground.

Thank you for a very interesting question.

    Yes, obviously yes.

Police must be trained to follow our constitution and respect the personal rights and privacy of individuals. They have no authority under your roof unless a judge gives them that right with sufficient proof of a crime.

Even then, they must give notice before entering legally.

You have the right to defend yourself from officers. You can also defend yourself with force from illegal arrest or abuse of power. Many people don't know this. Many try to hide this. However it is true.

That works out well against a SWAT team. Report back your results

The principle of self-defense is not a right given by government, it is an inalienable right.

ESPECIALLY if it's a police officer.

If someone who happens to be a police officer unlawfully invades your home, yes.
