Employer can see only if you are in the official network.

If they have your password, yes. Don't give it to them and for the love of God do not do any personal, password-protected activities on a work computer.

If you have everything private, they will not be able to see your information unless they are Facebook friends with you. Just avoid adding them on Facebook. Also only post content that is appropriate because anyone on your friend list could screenshot it and send it to someone else.

The answer is yes. Whatever you post on Facebook is your employer's business and can cause problems if your postings run afoul of their social media policies. I suggest you be extremely careful with how you post on your timeline. If the rules are too much to handle, then you can just leave your job.

If you're logging on to Facebook from work -- that is, using your employer's computer -- then probably yes. If you log in only from home or the library or some other computer not owned by your employer, then probably no.
