How to break up with a girl without hurting her feelings?
Just say what's on your mind! I would bet that if the roles were reversed, that girl wouldn't be so easy on you, she'd simply say "it's over, sorry" or not tell you at all and ghost you instead. Say what you need to say and move the hell on.

Can't be done unless the feeling is mutual.

Do the old "It's not you, it's me"

Tell her you have a surprise for her. Like all girls, she'll say, "what is it? What is it! ?" Tell her you're taking her out for dinner & a talk" tonight, & she'll find out then. Buy her a bouquet 💐 of roses from the Dollar Tree. Girls love flowers Surprise her by taking her to an "all you can eat" buffet. Help her with her tray of food, & encourage her to try everything. After her last plate go up & get her desserts & add whipped cream & sprinkles. Hide a ring pop in it. As she starts to eat it, gaze at her in awe. Right as she finds the ring, say " Don't take this as an insult babe, but "you sure can pack it away" "I don't like fat pigs, & I don't like you" "we're done." Then ask her if she wants some ice cream.

Unfortunately, you can't prevent her feelings from being hurt by that. Just tell her face to face (out of earshot of others) instead of ghosting her, so she doesn't have to wonder whether you two are broken up or not.
You can also be very classy and choose never to talk negatively about her to other people. Anything private that you learned about her by being her boyfriend, you can keep it private. In making these choices, you can keep her from being hurt any worse than necessary, and you'll respect yourself for having that self control. That's about the best you can do.

Not possible, but there are things you can do to ease the pain. When you get dumped people tend to focus on what they did wrong or why they were unworthy. Stuff like they weren't attractive enough, or they weren't sweet enough, etc. But if you specifically remind them that they have all these things and claim to be an idiot for breaking up with her because you know lots of people that would love to date her (serving to build her confidence). Then she can blame your ignorance instead of themselves. FYI it is not possible to do this when not face to face. If you break up over the phone or through email or text, you will fail and hurt her far more. One more thing … don't say "you just want to be friends". This may be true, but it is a hurtful statement when breaking up.

Have a face to face conversation and be honest about why you are ending the relationship. There may be hurt, anger and/or sadness, but creating an illusion or facade will inevitably only escalate emotions.

You are asking for a solution that does not exist.
