11 month old rash?

My little one has been bad with the bug and ear infection. She’s just getting back to normal but has this rash. Does anyone know what it could be

It’s likely a harmless viral rash. They are very common in babies and toddlers. They show up after a child has been sick with a virus. Rashes caused by viral infections may cause reddish or pink spots over large parts of the body, such as the chest and back. Many viral rashes don’t itch.Viral rashes are often seen on both the right and left sides of the body as opposed to one side. They also typically occur along with or shortly following other symptoms like fever, runny nose, or a cough.

Get your child examined by a doctor - soon. This rash needs proper medical treatment, and not some random diagnosis on the internet.
