Are hibachi chefs allowed to give minors alcohol ?
So I was at a hibachi grill last night with my date and the hibachi chef started spraying saki Japanese rice wine into my mouth. He sprayed for a good minute and I didn’t know how to stop because I was dressed for homecoming and didn’t want to ruin my shirt. Is this allowed?
