If an underweight person eats a doughnut, would that be considered as healthy for them?

A doughnut is not considered healthy no matter what. It's full of sugar. To gain weight, you do have to eat a lot of calories, but also you need to have greens in your diet to stay healthy. Good question.

Don’t be silly. Food is healthy based upon what it consists of. Not based upon the weight or size of who eats it.

Only if they eat the hole thing.

No - doughnuts are in no way healthy. They are deep fried in fat and slathered with sugar! A treat yes, but healthy no.
