If a lawyer is appealing a case against someone that was dismissed can they reveal to the press other people came forward with similar?

    Your question makes no sense. Dismissals are not appealed. But lets assume your question was just poorly asked, and what you ,meant to ask is, "can a prosecutor tell the press and others about more accusers coming forward without violating attorney client privilege? The answer is YES because the accused is not a client of the prosecution, thus enjoys no attorney client privilege.

    The FACT others have made similar accusations IS NOT a private communication between an attorney and their client.

    As this IS NOT an issue of attorney client privilege at all, it can't be a violation of such privilege.
