Is social media babies people born after 95'?

Cause social media really started blowing up at 2012-13 ish by that time the early 90's babies were 18 or older meaning no longer kids.

I'd say social media babies would have started atleast after 2000. Sure kids used the internet before then, but not with social media everywhere.
