How hot will the summer of be poles be if the axial tilt of the earth were 90 degrees?

Just days and nights would vary in such extreme cycles it would be a major mess.
Poles at the equinox would be months of day or night so picture a hot summer day lasting many weeks, sun never setting, the opposite pole winter nights lasting weeks.
Maybe just a narrow band of habitable zone around the equator at least inside the arctics.
