Do you do portion control for your food or do you count calories?
i've been counting calories but there's days when im too stressed out to do it and i can't always log everything and it's overwhelming me because it's something else to worry about on top everything else. I'm a mom I'm in college and i finish it in a month and a half but it's only getting harder in some ways as time goes on. My fiance helps with our daughter but 90 percent of the time my stress comes from school blueprint homework is not easy at all. So i thought about doing portion control and hopefully that would still help and take the burden of calorie counting off of my shoulders.
