How bad is my vision?
I am not so familiar with the meaning of the numbers. In particular, I'd like to know, relatively, whether my vision has worsened significantly or not within the last few years. I have 2 sets of results here:
Year 2016:
SPH (Right): -1.25
SPH (Left): -2.00
CYL (Right): -0.50
CYL (Left): -0.75
Year 2019:
SPH (Right): -2.00
SPH (Left): -3.25
CYL (Right): -0.50
CYL (Left): -0.75
I just turned 23 years old. Should I be worried about these values and the changes over the past few years?

Bad enough to be wearing glasses all the time!

Things have definitely gotten worse. You know how well you see without glasses or contacts. You can read a book just fine but everything farther away is a big blur. Your vision has probably gotten as bad as it s going to get. You are nearsighted and even if it gets worse, that can be taken care of with glasses or contacts.
