Am I burning bridges with my employer?

If i quit a job after being trained for 3 months?

    If you have good references from previous employers, it won't matter as much if you quit this job.

    Sure, but why does it matter, it's business, don't feel guilty about it, you have to think about what's best for you, if a job isn't worth it for you, hand in your two weeks and after move on to the next.

      your employer is actually insignificant employee cog in the mechanism.
      he may also leave the employer,next day.
