    Depends on what kind of smoothie you're referring to. If you want to try one, go for basic ones with NO added sugar. As in do not add sugar to "sweeten" it and do not add anything that has added sugars (chocolate sauce, most yogurts, etc.). Aim for fresh fruits and veggies instead.

    Yes they are.....anything with a high sugar content is bad.

    Depends whats in it

    If it has alot of chocolate and sugar yes

    But if it has some fruits or vegetables it’s probably okay

    Some can be. Depends on the sugar content. Use fruits that have lower sucrose levels, the suggestion of adding yogurt is also helpful

    Yes.

    Rinse the fruit and use greek yogurt. That's the best way to make a smoothie for a diabetic. Nothing with high sugar or syrup content.
