What does the risk is all on your side mean?

    the bad things, if they happen, will only happen to you. This is not the same as the good things, if they happen, will only happen to you. That would be "the reward will be all yours". Risk is the down side of possible outcomes when used in this way. Risk versus reward (cost versus benefit).

    The risk is all yours is basically saying, if there is a price to be paid, you (and you alone) will be paying it.
