How does someone leave their corrupted country ?

My countries is really messed up, you get university degrees but don't find a job afterwards but if u do manage to get a job with your diploma, it only pays $500 to $1000 a month.

Major in a field that is hiring and has a decent salary. Participate in a variety of internships and job experiences while in college. The combination of choosing the right field and gaining experience in the field will be your ticket to a good job. Your senior year of college, apply constantly to jobs until you land one. Set up your new job start date within a month of graduating.

Lots of immigrants come to Canada from all over the world (most don't speak a word of English)... so it must be pretty easy to get in.

The government pretty much pays your way for a couple of years as you get settled... happy to have you - taking the well educated to better the country and the least educated to clean their toilets. Either way, in a couple of years, you mean tax money flowing in, as you give them around 50 percent of what you make.

Google 'How to get landed immigrant status in Canada'.

Competition for immigration to Canada is particularly tough since tens of millions are trying to get in. And you don't qualify with only bachelor's degree & no experience in an occupation listed in short supply in Canada (or elsewhere).
