Onion Milk. Are you willing to try it? Just chopped up pieces of onion, let soak in milk several hours or overnight, then drain the milk.?

Then throwaway the onion pieces. I made it and I quite like it. Of course, you could also make drinks like garlic or ginger milk. What about you?

    I'd probably use it to make a sauce or maybe to add it to a soup or casserole as a thickening aid.
