Avoid the 1st one...…. and avoid anything with an AMD A12, A10, A8, etc, and etc processor. These A-Series processors are based on an architecture that's old and it wasn't very good in the first place.
AMD's Ryzen is good though.
Despite the differences in the architecture, there isn't a noteworthy difference between the performance levels of the Ryzen 5 3500u and the Core i5-8250u. The Ryzen might have the clock speed advantage but that Core i5 has an IPC advantage. The Ryzen based system does have a slightly better iGPU and dedicated GPU.
Not sure what difference it would make though since all 3 solutions come with 4gb of RAM. Hopefully you can upgrade the RAM without much hassle.
I'd pick laptop #2 unless laptop #3 is way cheaper.
