Going to a normal gym vs going to a boxing gym?
Friend of mine wants to take up boxing. He tried a class and became nauseous and fatigued. He decided he is going to go to a regular gym to get in boxing shape before he tries out the boxing gym again. Is that logical, however? Wouldn't it just make more sense to continue with the boxing gym and get in boxing shape that way?
