Is it possible to eat 1 single calorie?

You're referring to a kilocalorie (what peoples refer to as "calories"). It takes 1,000 calories to make up an actual "Calorie" we see on food labels.

Depends on if you know how to properly cook 1 single calorie and make it tasty

if you know math and how to measure things correctly, then theoretically you can measure an amount of something to be 1 calorie. maybe a small drop of sriracha sauce is 1 calorie?

yes it is man m

Hypothetically, yes.

Open a pack of Splenda and eat a little less than 1/3. There are 3.31 calories in a pack. Legally when something contains less than 5 calories you can say it has zero.

Well, yes, technically it is. But you'd have to actually test more than one calorie, as it takes calories to eat and digest.

Also, 'a calorie' is an approximation of the amount of energy a specific amount of a food provides. There is a lot going on in your gut that may affect this value (usually lower). You aren't likely to get exactly the labeled calories from food. So it'd be a feat to obtain one calorie exactly, let alone successfully record it. But theoretically it is possible.

Sure..you could eat it but you couldn't live on it. Calories are not your enemies and you need to eat them to keep from, you know...dying...

Yes my dear. You would just have to measure out the right amount.

Is it possible to live on 1 calorie? No, not for very long.

yes and then some. if you mean exactly one calorie, I imagine the odds would be extremely high, I mean that would come down to the atoms.

also it wouldnt be too hard to produce a crumb that is equal to about 1 calorie
