How can I cure insomnia?

    See you doctor and ask him to prescribe a low-dosage sleeping tablet (Ambien, perhaps). Take one tablet every night before you go to bed, for one to two months. It worked for me. 

    Sleeping tablets aren't exactly a "cure", but they help  "reset" your internal clock so that ultimately you'll be able to go to sleep and stay asleep without the use of sleeping tablets.

    Get fresh air and exercise earlier in the day. No caffeine after 4:00 p.m. Have a glass of warm milk before bed. Avoid spending time on your phone or computer before bed; read a book instead.

    Don't eat any sugar within 6 hours of going to bed.  Lower the lights a half hour before bed time.  Have a cup of chamomile tea or warm milk.  Don't watch anything stressful on TV.

    exercise enuf earlier in the day, it'll burn off the cortisol in you which if not burned off by some kind of exercise, will keep you from getting a good nights sleep.....no exercise after 7pm...you can walk at lunchtime or when you get home or do calisthenics when you get home.....
