Nearly passing out after minimal exercise ?

Most days I can run over 500m just fine while other days I have a lot of trouble breathing, I get weak, can’t feel my limbs, feel light headed, start to lose my vision and even collapse and minimal exercise. Why is this (I’m only 14 btw)?

No it's not normal and you need to see your doctor before you do any more exercise. You may be hyperventilating but you may also be anaemic, have a metabolic disorder, asthma or a heart condition. Please take this seriously and see a doctor as soon as possible.
