    There is no such thing as the "meaning of life." Life is the natural result of uncountable random events within a resource rich life friendly environment.

    If you want to give that some meaning, it means that the laws of nature under proper conditions can result in living objects.

    There is no absolute definite meaning of life.

    For a wild animal there is more of a definite meaning of life.

    The meaning of life is to find water,  to make fire and reproduce.

    In 1955 they did not really have any technology.
