That's something you should discuss with your doctor and/or physical therapist. Not all scoliosis is the same. Some people have no limitations because theirs is mild, other people may be severely limited do to the affects on their body.

Yoga. Find a qualified yoga instructor and start slowly. I have double scoliosis (my spine curves in two directions) and yoga has done wonders for improving flexibility and toning my muscles.
