If you are using a free Yahoo mail account for a business, this is not allowed and messages will be marked as spam and your account can be closed if you keep that up.
If you have the needed paid business account, go here for help. https://help.smallbusiness.yahoo.net/s/article/SLN...

That depends on whether your customer has a private spamfilter or a shared one.
If private, unflagging your messages and putting your email-address in their list of contacts would probably do.
If shared, it could be because other people flag your messages as spam - either because they feel it IS spam or because they don't unsubscribe

Your customers need to add you as a contact.

They have to mark them as Not Spam so they go to the inbox.

Yahoo staff do not monitor this site. As to your emails, either the address has been reported as spam by others or more likely, you are sending out emails with multiple recipients. Many email system reject such emails as spam. There are ways around this if you search the web for "group emails".
