Is it safe to be homeless in Lake Tahoe?

I'm more concerned about the 10 degree

weather, then about getting beaten up.

Do 10 degree sleeping bags really work?

It is not safe to be homeless in Lake Tahoe.  You would most likely "freeze to death", because Tahoe "lacks the resources" of larger cities that have greater numbers of homeless people to deal with.

It is definitely NOT safe to be homeless a-n-y-w-h-e-r-e

when the temperature is only 10 degrees. (-12 Celsius)

    It's just plain dangerous.
