Is it fair that a company will create 1,000 jobs?
Is it fair that a company will create 1,000 jobs in Florida instead of New York, because Florida has no income tax? You need to understand that for every dollar this company spends in Florida, somebody in New York loses a dollar. This is the price New York has to pay for having high income taxes.

No, it's not fair. Trump has tried for years why China has treated us so unfairly. It has manipulated the Yuan, spied our technology, and used unfair WTO status against us. Florida has done the same. But I'm so sure, the company will come back to NY because the 1,000 working labors cannot even talk in English.

Please understand that economics does not mean that "for every dollar spent in Florida, someone in New York loses a dollar". That simply isn't true.
You are imagining that wealth is a limited resource. It isn't. There is more wealth in the world in 2019 than there was in 2000. There is more wealth in the world today than a hundred years ago. The per capita wealth in the USA in current dollars in 1900 was about $5000 and in 2000 it was about $45,000. So when rich billionaires, like Bill Gates, becomes wealthier, it does not mean that his wealth was at the expense of others.
