All health is based upon a lot of factors. But you can be assured that by doing proper care for your teeth you WILL get fewer cavities and you MIGHT not have any.

The best thing you can do to reduce cavities is reduce your white sugar intake. Monitor and reduce the sugar content on the sweet foods you buy. Additionally, there are a lot of reports submitted which state mouthwash is really bad for you and causes some mouth cancers

If you do as you state, after each meal and snack, you will greatly reduce the probability of cavities and will enhance your oral health. However, there is no assurance you avoid cavities completely. This reduction in probability is more than worth the effort.

No, not if you do it twice a day.

It's certainly possible, but a lot less likely. Avoid drinking sodas and cut down on sugar overall, and you should be fine.
