best way for me to lose weight?

Im 19 yr old female, 145 lbs and 5'6". Want to go back to my old weight of 125..

    no packaged or fast foods, just eat fruits and veggies for a month, if you can, the store does sell minimally processed fruits in juice you can carry to work, and that's it besides drinking plenty of clean water, not tap water.... be nice to yourself, not mean, you can also learn to incorporate Calisthenics, easy to do, anywhere, no membership nor wasted time traveling back and forth...foodbabe dot com and or book of the same name identifies all the bad stuff most of us just overlook, she was a big girl and is no longer, she did the work and it's all written down, there are other important books too, grain brain, wheat belly, cereal killer, and if you do an amazon search for them, other book will display as well..and [ notmilk dot com ] also a must read of stuff you'll never hear off tv or radio.....it's real different, getting real and keeping that way......

    Quit drinking sugary drinks. Cut back on bread and pasta.
