I'd say about 10% chance.  In order for Trump to be removed from office, enough Republicans in the Senate need to believe they will politically damage themselves and their party more by keeping him in office.  It will come down to whether they believe the evidence is damning enough to warrant throwing Trump under the bus lest voters turn on them.

I don't think it will happen naturally.. but honest to God, I hope Trump has lots of people looking out for him.. The commie dems are so wild that assassination would not be unrealistic to them!

Somewhere between slim and none. The only thing that would make the Senate get serious about one of their own, a Republican  is if he committed high treason in front of a dozen witnesses. The Senate may slap his hands, submit reprimand for his actions but to get necessary votes for a conviction is simply not in the cards.

Though Trump has committed gravely serious offenses, it is very unlikely that the GOP cult of personality will take any meaningful action.

Depends on how traitorous Senate Republicans are.  Trump's guilt is obvious and the spin and right-wing talking points are changing by the hour.  They're desperate, but that doesn't mean they'll do the right thing.

By death, pretty likely - assuming he's not dead already.
