A couple days.

Most, if not all, Wal-Mart stores will send the film out to have it processed which takes 3-5 business days for color print film. B&W and slide film processing will either take longer or not be an option.
Do a web search for "film processing near me" to find local shops that may do in-house processing which could be as fast as 1 hour or same day.

Fujifilm Disposable 35mm Camera With Flash, 2 Pack ... Fujifilm Quicksnap 800 Waterproof 35mm Disposable Camera - 27 ...... The difference is that they're made for one-time use, so you don t get the camera back after you develop the photos. ... Just place a few cameras on the tables, and let guests take whatever photos ...

They were already developed, they don't need to be developed again. Now that the blueprint exists they can just be mass produced. The film inside them is mass produced as well.
Nice answer but it has nothing to do with the question asked.
