Is it normal to have a butt cramp?

I'm currently experiencing the most excruciating, I don't know if it's sharp pains or cramps, pain in my butt. I don't know how to make it go away. Is this normal?

It most certainly is not normal. Have you done any exercises lately that could have injured that area or squatting or bending? Take a hot bath and use heat and ice and ibuprofen or advil and rest it as much as possible. If it continues, see a doctor.

Depends on what's causing it, if it could be muscle strain or spasm, constipation (if very possibly that, try taking a good laxative like milk of magnesia), or what.

There a spasm called "proctalgia" that can supposedly cause stabbing pains. http://ddc.musc.edu/public/symptoms/proctalgia.htm...
