It's harder for a woman to put on muscle so you'd have to do a lot of weightlifting.

No. Women typically don't have the amount of testosterone needed to build up muscle bulk. Of course there are always exceptions!

Muscles take less space than fat, weights make women lean

No.  It takes a lot of specialized effort and lifting really heavy weights for women to get bulking. That's because of the naturally occurring hormones.  Lifting generally will give a woman a toned appearance while increasing strength.

you don't need no stinkin weights, just do calisthenic at home, no fees, no wasted travel time, it works for the trainees in the service, they all know it, and there's a variety to choose from, AND you can walk up and down the stairs, and/or around the block or neighborhood..... you got plenty of options to help keep you toned and fit without killing yourself or spending money....

Sometimes, but most often women need to take steroids to bulk up.

They can do, but please go to a personal trainer so they can make sure you are doing it right and don’t get injured

Heavy weights might but light ones won't.
