    No child will  starve themselves

    No junk food at all

You serve him the food and he eats what he is served or he gets nothing until next meal time.

    No bribing

    No hiding anything

    No rewards

You have to put your foot down now and teach him to eat what you serve or he gets nothing

A child will not starve themselves. This is normal for most toddlers. They are way too busy discovering the world and full of energy that the last thing they want to do is sit to eat.

Give him water at meals instead of milk. Serve healthy high-calorie meals, praise him when he eats and do not give in by giving him sweets or unhealthy foods. He will eat when hungry.

Less milk as it is a food. At that age babies graze as they have small tums . Little and often.

Babies eat when they are hungry and stop when they are not. Serve smaller portions.

[I had a kid like that, so he is smaller than his brother although not by much but he is very slim and fit and 5' 9" is the same height as me.]

    Dont worry.

Nothing. That's normal toddler behavior. Just keep offering healthy foods.

Toddlers are notorious for living on the Air Diet.

Keep in mind too that his stomach is about the same size as his fist, so that is about how much food he can take in at a time.

Keep portions reasonable and when he's full, he'll stop eating.

    No big deal.
