    The rule is how much square footage do you have with a foundation on the ground. So you pay NO tax!  Yay!!  (You will have to keep an eye out for Underwear Gnomes & Keebler Elves though. Those twerpy little snipes! *looks left then right, suspiciously*

    Yes, but you can pay it at your local  branch.  Just leaf a deposit.
