Why does my dog barks and humps my teddy bear?

    A lot of times, humping like this is domination although I've never figured out why a dog should want to dominate a toy!!   I'd put this down to too much energy with no other outlet.   Depending on his age, try to get him out for a ton more exercise - a tired dog is usually easier to live with!   And remove the object of his attention so he can't be doing this.

    One of my cats would hump a stuffed rabbit, his eyes would glaze over.
