What could this be ?

I just noticed a small sore white in color in my mouth under my tongue towards the back. It doesn’t hurt, not even if I press on it with my tongue. When I woke up & brushed my teeth this morning, my teeth in the area where the sore is hurt just a little as I was brushing. It’s only been there for 2 days. STDs are out the picture as I have already been tested. I used mouthwash after brushing & also gargled with warm salt Water. Any idea what it could be & what are some remedies I can use to make it go away.

Small harmless mouth ulcer, we all get them. Salty water or medicated mouthwash.
