Help with weight ?

I'm 15




I run regularly. 5k on Saturday. 5k on mondays, 7k on Wednesdays 5k-10k on Thursdays.

I excercise every day with ab and leg exercises and lift 2kg-5kg weights on Sunday and fridays for 30 min.

I walk 5k to and from school every day.

I eat really healthy following slimming world.

I'm really struggling here to lose belly fat it just won't go away no matter what I do and i have been doing this for the past 3 months and i do notice myself building muscle but it just feels like i will never get to what I want to look like can I get some advice?

    I am guessing you don't eat nearly has healthy as you think you do.

    Refined carbs (White bread, white flour, white rice, white pasta, ice cream, soda, cakes, etc.) all cause belly fat....You have to switch to eating Whole Grains (Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Cous Cous, Barley, Quinoa, 100% Whole Grain Pasta, etc.)

    You should ALSO consume foods that BURN belly Avocados, Bananas, Berries, Almonds, Salmon (Alaskan), Green Tea, Ginger, Apple Cider Vinegar, MCT Oil (try getting them Organic).

    No rice

    No bread

    No Ice Cream
