What happens if one gets electrocuted in their chest while having a heart attack?

Or electrocuted in the head while suffering a stoke?

Update:

I'd imagine they would die more quickly

than a heart attack on it's own but there still

exists slim chance of surviving if voltage is

    low !! !!
