Why do certain races have so many children?

Update:

In a world where we are running out of space and resources. Where people are economically challenged. I find it selfish.

Update 2:

And irresponsible and climate emergency needs to do something about it.

it's more about culture and economics than race. Once women are educated, regardless of race, they stop having so many kids.

Because in those races, having many children and being able to take care of them is success. Having Stable Family and reputation means you are successful.

This has less to do with race and more to do with culture (often religion being the instigating factor in these large families). But when any race of person immigrates to a developed country they usually start having smaller families as they adapt to the conditions and expectations of their new adopted nations.

Another child equals more money from Social Services.       Another fine example

of certain people taking advantage of our Welfare System.

Nothing to do with race. When the US was mostly agricultural, and before birth control pills, it was typical for families to have 10, 12 or more kids. Children were an economic asset- they could start working on the farms at a fairly early age. In industrialized societies, it costs a lot to feed, house and clothe children to the age of at least 18, so families limit the number of children. There's also a religious aspect- Mexicans and Central Americans are mostly Catholic and they are told not to use birth control. However, recent studies have shown that second generation immigrants are limiting their families just as everyone else in the US is.
