I just recently found out that rice is one of the worst foods to go bad quickly after cooking. As soon as it cools, refrigerate it. Got very sick by eating day old rice not properly reheated hot enough to kill the bacteria.

your body needs to get rid of your waste. if that is the only thing that you get rid of then you must be very fat

This has a lot to do with how it's prepared. If you are using a steamer, make sure all the little nooks and crannies are clean in the cooker. If it's take-out rice, who knows how long it was sitting waiting to be served. Or, the rice itself might be okay but the stuff put on it could be causing the problem.
As long as it's not coming out still looking like rice, you are probably fine.

It's tough to answer without knowing what else is in your diet. Is this homecooked rice? If so how are you cooking it? Rice is low in fiber so it really shouldn't be giving you diarrhea.

Clearly you have some kind of allergy or intolerance. Typically, rice is recommended as a treatment for diarrhea (to help stop it). Not being doctors we can't tell you exactly why it affects you that way. Make a note to ask your doc, next time you go in for a visit.

Maybe you're allergic to it. (The vast majority of people aren't, and in fact, "rice" is often offered as a natural thing to get your bowels in control after an episode of diarrhea of vomiting.)

You could be allergic

possibly it's the fibre in rice. But rice has way more starch than fibre. Maybe you can't digest it properly?
