Are Jehovah's Witnesses right about vaccinations being wrong?

Consider ...

... infectious diseases were over 90% resolved by the time vaccines came onto the market?

...there are now 33 vaccines that are mandated by the time your child is 6 years old? and 40 by age 16?

...that before 1991 there was no system in place for reporting adverse vaccine reactions whatsoever?

...that only one country in Europe still has mandated DPT shots, whereas the US still requires 4 separate doses?

... 43% of Gulf War veterans experienced side effects to vaccines?

... 80,000 Gulf War vets have permanent medical conditions as a result of vaccinations?

... that vaccination is not immunization?

... that Hepatitis B vaccine was outlawed in France after 15,000 citizens filed a class action suit against the government?

...that vaccines do not have to be proven safe and effective in order to be added to the list of mandated shots for American children?

...the the mercury in most vaccines is dozens of times in excess of EPA safe levels?

.. that there are many new vaccines in the pipeline trying to get FDA approval so they can be tacked onto the mandated schedule?

... that vaccination is a multi-billion dollar industry in the US?

... that the US Congress has recently discovered rampant conflict of interest between the FDA and the vaccine manufacturers?

Update:

... that in the past 20 years, autism has gone from being almost completely unknown to an epidemic that now affects as many as one in every 150 American children?

... that the drug companies are not required to prove that vaccines will not cause cancer, and that no testing for carcinogenicity is even done before a vaccine is approved?

... that all states but two have very simple exemption forms by which a parent can choose to forego all vaccines for the child?

JWs leave medical treatment as a personal matter except on the blood issue and if vaccines uses blood then JWs are right about not using them-Acts 15:29 jw.org

Decades ago the Watchtower decided Jehovah forbids vaccines because they had blood in them. You can imagine their shock when they found out they made yet another mistake.

when my children where young, I made sure they had all their shots. I know someone who did not give her daughter the shots, and she is always sick

Of course not. How could failing to protect your own children be "right"?

You're mistaking, J.W., are not opposed to vaccines.

nfectious diseases were over 90% resolved by the time vaccines came onto the market?

    - That was just polio, try again.

43% of Gulf War veterans experienced side effects to vaccines?

    - That was the Army experimenting on their soldiers. try again.

80,000 Gulf War vets have permanent medical conditions as a result of vaccinations? .

    - Just like the ones who had permanent conditions after being exposed to radiation. the Army experiments on its soldiers.

.the the mercury in most vaccines is dozens of times in excess of EPA safe levels?

    - You must be JW. You ask questions with ZERO support just to incite fear.

What total nonsense. Autism is not linked to vaccines. By your logic, before smart phones w there were fewer diagnoses of Autism, so smart phones causes Autism. It an absurd, illogical, and stupid argument that has been debunked for over a decade. Why do morons keep making the same false argument.

It's easier to list things the JWs might be right about:

    Pacifism

    The Age of the Earth

    ... Yeah that's about it.

    Come on. That is garbage.

That 15000 imbeciles forced the government to *suspend* vaccination (i.e. 0.02% of the population) simply means that there are enough idiots to cause trouble.

Look, don't get vaccination if that is what you want; see if I care. Just don't stand too close to other people when you will catch a deadly variant of a virus, and with luck, you will be buried soon enough and be a good candidate for the Darwin Award.

Jehovah witnesses are not right about anything. Wan't there supposed to be the end of the world and 'second coming' in 1878, then in 1881, then 1914, 1918, 1925, 1975, then at some unspecified moment in the 20th century?

Too bad there isn't a vaccine against stupidity; but then again, if there was, you do not strike me as the kind of person would would take it...

The Watchtower society have never stated a time of the end of the world. But those in the JW org who mistakenly spread their view on the time of the End were corrected. Christendom's churches still spread likes and slander without correction. jw.org
